Hybrid Masterclass

"Design Thinking and Evaluating Commercial Viability"

It is becoming increasingly recognized that innovations that succeed follow a systemic, human-centered process of need identification, hypothesis generation, testing, learning, and iteration. This masterclass will introduce key design thinking principles that are not only a toolbox for stimulating creativity but also a methodology for solving problems. This process involves applying the concepts of design thinking and hypothesis-driven innovation to real-world needs and challenges, with a focus on understanding the need deeply by engaging in meaningful, empathetic interactions with users, creating and testing prototypes, and building and iterating key aspects of your business case. Participants will walk away with a toolkit of frameworks and exercises for generating ideas, refining the direction of an idea, testing, and evaluating the viability of the idea.
