Mastering Influence: An Introduction to the Subtleties of Persuasion

This masterclass will help you learn ways to influence and shape the decisions of others. Drawing on insights from behavioral sciences—and using experiments, real-life examples, and interactive discussions—we will introduce the science of manipulation.

The discussion will focus on the following:

1. As a regional manager of a car manufacturer, you are tasked with gaining more market share from a major competitor.

2. As an executive, you are applying for a promotion, but a strong competitor is also vying for the same position.

3. As a government, you are trying to persuade the public to adopt healthier behaviors.
