The aim of this interactive online program is to help you acquire a better understanding of the potential impact of the crisis on the strategy of your company, and to analyze, in an objective way, the consequences of the crisis on your strategy. The program will also enable you to make the appropriate decisions in a particular context, and to bounce back quickly by creating value at the end of the crisis.
