The pandemic has accelerated, transformed, upturned the innovation process of even the most creative and agile companies.  

Overnight, innovation imperatives were imposed on us, calling for solutions we did not master. Digitalization was no longer a strategic item on the agenda, it became an overnight priority. Rethinking customer intimacy was no longer a ‘nice to have’ but the key to organizational survival.
